Michael Clark Joint Managing Director

Mike’s a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing who brings over 25 years of client-side and agency-owner experience to the business. This experience includes working with world-leading B2B brands like DHL, Elsevier, LRQA, Forterra, Lloyd’s Register and Cisco. As well as a successful stint as an in-house marketer as EMEA Director of Marketing for Samsung Communications.


As Joint Managing Director, Mike leads on all new business. He loves meeting new people and working with businesses to identify and overcome the challenges they’re facing.


Max Clark Joint Managing Director

As well as being Managing Director, Max brings real strategic expertise to our team. In addition to over 25 years’ combined in-house and agency B2B experience, she’s an awarded Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Board member of the Business Marketing Club (BMC) and IDM qualified marketer.


As Joint Managing Director, Max plays a key role in brand planning, brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. She’s a highly-driven commercially-focused senior marketer with an impressive history working with B2B brands ranging from Oracle, Eversheds and The Financial Times to Reed Elsevier, Mitel, Shell and Capita.


Alex Bandaranaike Client Services Director

With over a decade of B2B agency experience, working (and winning awards) with brands big and small across UK brands and international markets. Alex uses his knowledge and expertise to inspire our clients, unite our team, build relationships and oversee the output of all our client work.


As a passionate marketing strategist, Alex has developed a wide-reaching skillset, spanning an impressive mix of sectors and specialisms. He excels in everything from campaign planning, data and analytics to digital, brand, customer experience and lead generation. And he’s applied these skills to great commercial success in a variety of sectors, including transport, logistics, technology and professional services. A pragmatic commercial thinker who knows how to get results.


Peter Davis Creative Director

Peter adds real creative expertise and strategic understanding to our team. Having excelled in senior creative and executive leadership roles at agencies, like McCann, AmazeRealise and global B2B specialist Gyro, Peter knows exactly what it takes to reach B2B audiences and build successful brands.


Recently he’s been working purely in the B2B agency space, delivering award-winning brand work for global names like Siemens, Astra Zeneca, ABN AMRO Commercial Finance, British Gypsum and Tate & Lyle. Under Peter’s leadership, our creative team consistently delivers high-quality, effective work that demands attention.


Martin Askew Deputy Creative Director

With over 20 years’ agency experience working across print, outdoor and digital communications, Martin brings a powerful combination of creativity and design expertise to the agency. He’s enjoyed an impressive career working with leading consumer and B2B brands, delivering great work across advertising, print, digital and more.


Martin’s experience and exceptional eye for design make him the ideal person to oversee the output of the agency alongside out creative director. And of course, he’s actively working on projects, liaising with clients and helping the creative team produce work that captures the hearts and minds of audiences on a daily basis.


Elle Duke Account Director

Elle is driven by a real passion to deliver projects that get results and exceed client expectations. With over eight years of experience working with global and independent agencies across B2B and B2C clients, Elle brings an impressive and varied skillset that enables her to make a positive impact across every area of the marketing mix.


Her infectious enthusiasm for projects ranging from brand strategy and identity development to campaign delivery and large-scale video production ensures projects move through the agency with real pace, energy and purpose. Always smiling and always positive, Elle inspires our team and clients to get the most out of budgets and briefs. And she makes sure we all have a little fun along the way too.


Alex Bone Strategy Director

Alex is a CIM Chartered Marketer with a rather unique background that includes working for both in-agency and in-house marketing teams. Over his 15-year marketing career, he’s overcome challenges and achieved great success on both sides of the fence. This gives him an invaluable perspective that’s a real asset to our clients, our business and our leadership team.


As Strategy Director, Alex loves getting stuck into marketing problems, from discovering insights to shaping brand propositions. Armed with a philosophy degree and a background in behaviour change campaigning, Alex revels in finding the answers to big questions and understanding what really makes people, brands and B2B audiences tick.

With a history working in a variety of digital agencies over the last 10+ years Luke’s passion for combining marketing strategy and creative ideas with digital execution is the main thing that drives him. Our clients love his cool confident approach and wide experience.


Luke’s wide digital expertise means he loves jumping onto projects ranging from website planning and UX development, to the execution and management of SEO and paid search campaigns, guiding our clients through the process from end to end and sharing his knowledge. Don’t mistake Luke’s laid back nature for a lack of organisation, as he has a quiet obsession to keep projects moving to ensure project timelines are never missed – and a great track record for this in the agency!
